AOII at UW
The colonization of Alpha Omicron Pi's 184th chapter at the University of Waterloo occured on February 4, 2007. This ceremony concluded four days of colonization parties and personal appointments and was held in the Grand Ballroom of the Delta Kitchener Hotel in Kitchener, Ontario.
The colonization process began when Alpha Omicron Pi was invited to colonize at the University of Waterloo after the institution opened for extension several months ago. The University of Waterloo is one of the leading comprehensive post-secondary schools in Canada and has been named the “most innovative university in Canada” twice over the last three years. The university’s dedication to its forward-thinking mission is evident in its growth of almost 27,000 students in attendance.
